Gutter Cleaning Business Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gutter Cleaning Business. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or quoted directly to you per request.
Shipment Methods
The method of shipment is determined by our shipping department depending on location, distance, cost and other factors.
We offer:
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS
- Fedex
- Freight Shipping through various carriers
Overnight delivery is available in some circumstances but only for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Gutter Cleaning Business ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Normally we use USPS to deliver smaller packages. International freight needs to be discussed directly with GCB before purchase.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GCB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you have a preferred customs broker to handle your shipment please let us know in advance; otherwise, we will use one of our established relationship brokers. The customs broker will contact you directly to pay your customs/duties bill. Your shipment cannot cross into your country for final delivery until this bill is paid.
Damages
Gutter Cleaning Business is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order with obvious, visual damage PLEASE DENY THE SHIPMENT. If you received your order with damage only seen AFTER you signed for and inspected the merchandise please contact us and we will initiate the carrier claim for you. PLEASE take lots of pictures of the packaging and damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Many times the shipping company will require to inspect the damaged packaging in order to confirm damage.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do ship small packages outside the U.S to Canada and other areas of the country. For freight shipments we support USA, Canada and few other surrounding areas like the Caribbean.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
- Cut wrap and straps.
- Remove pole box.
- Open top of main unit box.
- Remove all loose components (Hose, tools, etc).
- Unsnap 2 or 3 clamps that hold vac head onto drum.
- Grab handle and remove vac head.
- Tilt main box on its side with large rubber wheels facing the ground and roll out of box.
- Unsnap the drum from trolley, if necessary, using two red knobs.
- Lower drum and trolley to ground.
