Warranty
All SkyVac® systems come with a 12-month prorated warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and includes support from the SkyVac® North American team based in Sanford, NC, USA.
Warranty Coverage Breakdown:
- Months 0–3: 100% coverage for parts and labor, including full repair or replacement (customer self-repair supported when applicable).
- Months 4–6: 75% coverage for parts and labor (customer pays 25%).
- Months 7–9: 50% coverage for parts and labor (customer pays 50%).
- Months 10–12: 25% coverage for parts and labor (customer pays 75%).
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance.
- Consumables and wear-items, including filters and carbon-fiber poles. These components require proper handling and care and are not covered for breakage or misuse.
- Warranty claims without proof of appropriate maintenance practices.

Filing a Claim
To file a claim, simply submit this form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.
Repair and Shipping Costs
If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the customer and must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.

*A Return Authorization Number is required and will be provided after submitting the claim form and once the issue is confirmed.
We offer a limited time 14 day return period (from date of receipt) on all NEW, UNUSED products. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items, unless otherwise specified.
For urgent issues, you may buy a replacement unit or part for quick fulfillment. If the warranty applies, you’ll be reimbursed.
